run to the bottom of the parking lot, do 10 reps, top of lot 15, bottom 20, top 15 and bottom 10 reps. collect at the end of the sequence in the elbow plank position.

Merkins (these really impacted everyone; lots of heavy breathing).
Monkey humpers
I believe that was all. We did wrap up with a minute or so elbow plank.
It was cold but we kept moving and got over 2 miles in.
Great coffeteria posting with all the guys from Berean and some from MMM. Starbucks Birkdale will close on 1/11 for something like 6 weeks. So we have to convene elsewhere for awhil.
