+ Aaron Roland FNG – named Shadow today – this is because he is from the town of Punxsutawney, Pa and we all know what that town is famous for.
Baker’s dozen total. Best showing at the Jungle in a while let’s keep it going!!
We did a preview of the Jungle Bear going around to some of the stations. We basically hit 6 total out of the 12 possible in 1 hour. Stay tuned for the full version sometime in April/May to celebrate my 10-year anniversary.
There are rumors that other regions think we are too soft so I set out to prove them wrong and the men did not disappoint. They threw it down hard and once again proved Isotope can hang with the best of them. Nice work men!!

See you all at the “real” Jungle Bear in the spring.
Aye,
Rocket
Impressive! The MallWalkers would definitely have been in trouble with that route.
Our trio stopped at the retaining wall for some merkins and air presses. Next we moseyed to Mary for dips and LBCs. Then it was on to the front of church where we hoped to get away from the wind (it didn’t work). There we did some Praying Mantis, some People’s Chair and a few more Mary exercises.
After that we walked to the pull up bars where we admired the taping before grabbing blocks and doing 3 rounds of curls, overhead press, skull crushers and bent over rows.
We returned the blocks, then returned ourselves to the church to knockout a quick “Mary-go-round” and some Jane Fondas (or are those Suzanne Somers?). With three minutes to spare, we walked back to the cars where we Toxified a few wipers while waiting for the animals to join for CoT.
It was great to see several former MQs: Crimson, Rocket, Toxic, YHC. Maybe for the real Jungle Bear we can get Callahan, Firestone and the current MQ (where was Duvall?) to join us!
