Find some wall space.
- 10 push up/push off the wall
- 100 wall kicks
- 1 minute wall sit
- 10 push up/push off the wall
- 100 wall kicks
- 1 minute wall sit
Mosey to the loading dock
- bear crawl (or lunge walk) up to the dock
- crawl bear (or reverse lunge walk) back down
Oh look! A wall!
- 1 minute wall sit
Mosey around to the front
Let’s use the sidewalk for something
- skip down the full length.
- skip the full length back
- High knees down the full length
- Butt kickers back
- Toy soldiers the full length
Mosey to the short wall at the bus area
- 15 incline ‘merkins
- 15 step ups each leg
- 15 decline merkins
Head to the triangle courtyard
Oh look! A wall!
1-minute wall sit
This courtyard is boring, let’s go somewhere else
Mosey around the school to the front of the gym (the wind seems to have died down). Hey, who’s that running towards us? It’s ShakeWeight!

Mosey all the way down to the tennis courts.
