Six souls braved the 16 degree temperature!  Well done!

WARM UP

TS, WM, CP, Plank for MC, Shoulder Taps, SS, Up/Down Dog

Stairs for “Stairway to 11” or 12 or 13. Plank up stairs and add +1 Merkin each stair.

MAIN THANG

Around parking lot with stops for 8 x:

Burpees, Dips, Step Ups, CHS, Merkins, Lunges, Pull Ups on Down Unders.  Used Bear Crawl, Lunge Walk, Karokie, High Steps, Mosey to navigate between stops.  Mosey to block pile for:

Curls, Presses, SC, Rows, Dead Lift, Sumo Squats, Swings.  Split into two groups.  One group continued the exercises while other group moseys with CB to 50 yard line and return.  Flip Flop groups.  Did this for three circuits then returned CBs.  Mosey to LP.

MARY

IC 18x:

LBC, Pretzel Crunch, Low Flutters.  On side for leg raises, hold for 8 seconds.

REFLECTION
