Pop tart & Hoodie ran while DonHo, Smokey, Auto, MQ and YHC journeyed to the pull-up bars where we began AMRAP stations. Pull-ups, Carolina dry docks, step ups (switched to Bulgarians after rd1), round the parking lot, up the hill for burpees and Bonnie Blair’s. Ended up with 50 pull-ups & CDDs, 40 of everything else (legs: 2is 1, 1 is none). Returned to start right at 4 miles in 45 minutes.
great workout! Was pleased the pax appeared to enjoy it. Mumblechatter seemed to indicate all is well with these fine men.
