Not as much arm work as advertised


We had 16 show for a cool morning at St. Mark’s but it didn’t take us long to get everyone moving and warm.  We toured the campus a bit and got a full body beat down. Not as much arms and core work as some were led to believe, but a solid workout nevertheless. Here’s what went down….

3 of the FNG’s listed here are some of our younger crowd who haven’t bothered to get logged into our website. (Of course why would they care about what a bunch of old men do to track their work outs) That would be Mound, Large Mouth, and Bowser, but for some reason Wreck it Ralph is all signed in. We also have a newer guy Shadow, who’s been posting for at least a month but not on there yet, that one we should fix. If anyone talks to him let’s get him signed in.

Prayers went up for The Force’s mom, Troll’s daughter (Olivia), and Mound started his baseball season this week.
