We tested the capacity limits of the garage this morning when Turnpike joined us for the weekly swoledown. Started the first week of 5-3-1 to try and increase our one rep max: overhead press, back squat, and bench. 3 sets of 5 reps to start, with some farmers carries, dips, and curls in between. Finished with a quick 3 rounds of Mary and YHC got in his daily pull-ups. Thanks for the accountability gentlemen.
