YHC came up with today’s plan while walking the dog last night. I hinted at the possibility of a Hell mile in the PB. However, I knew better. And this is what happened.

The Pax thought I was going to run the hell mile again. I decided against it and came up with this crawl/walk/run plan. We ended with 2.47 miles and a ton of hill work. Great work by all.
