– Run up hill 1 Merican, down hill 6 burpees
– Repeato adding 1 merican each time and decreasing 1 burpee each time until you get to 1 and 6 on the other side
Run up Robbin’s Preserve Road

Run down Preserve Pond Road

Run back to launch same way we came out

– Good group out this morning with everyone pushing each other
– We ran so fast we had lots of time for Mary which is unheard of for FKT.
– The mumble chatter was strong criticizing my time management and choice of reps (if you want to make Don Ho happy just do burpees)
– Speaking of, Hoodie did burpees even though he’s prepping for the Boston marathon. Good luck!
