YHC got a text from The Hall Monitor on Wednesday evening asking about the exact location of the Fission AO as a confusing pre-blast which referenced The Cain Center and not Harris Teeter Antiquity indeed was a little misleading.

The long awaited return of The Hall Monitor is now a thing of the past. There have been rumblings among the men of Isotope for months that THM would be returning to basic boot camp workouts after a fitness sabatical to specialize in Mini-Me like performance training. It was an exciting morning indeed to experience his epic return. So great having you back brother!!

THM’s absense makes complete sense now. His Twitter post after the Fission workout included a “See You Soon” animated gif of Rip Wheeler from the hugely popular Paramount series Yellowstone and was a small hint into his absense. You see fans have been deeply disappointed about the abrupt ending of the series after Kevin Costner (John Dutton) and Cole Hauser (Rip Wheeler) had a falling out. A national talent search of a Rip Wheeler fill-in resulted in a secretive and highly lucrative contract between Richard Schooley (our own THM) and Paramount. It’s clear that The Hall Monitor has an uncanny resemblence to Rip. A final season is currently being edited and due out in 2024 – stay tuned.

PAX performed another round of “Pain at the Cain” by performing an ascending and descding ladder of burpees and WWII’s as the core circuit this morning on the hill that runs alongside the Cain Center. Mobility moments were added in throughout the workout including light stretching of glutes, quads, chest, calves and hamstrings. Slow air squats were also performed at various points along the way. On the way back, Rocky Balboa’s were performed on the police station steps and finally a few minutes of MARY would close out the 45 minute beatdown. A well attended coffeeteria where Goat and the Water Wings crew from the Rec Center would join us in the fun.
