Great crew for this mornings 4 Banger. Pace was a little faster than normal for me at least, but I liked the challenge. Faster you go….faster you’re done. Normal route was taken and of course 0 burpees were done.

Life is hard, it’s full of unexpected difficulties. I’m not sure anything will change that fact, but I do know that having some other guys around to talk through the pain and hurt will make a difference in how we deal with the pain. Let’s be that for one another.
