Blame Amen: Amen got sucked in to the allure of pick up basketball so YHC made the Q swap
Blame Soprano: YHC liked a Soprano led Berean attended in the year of our Lord twenty-and-twenty-three so I modified it slightly. So if you got a great workout and will be sore, blame Soprano
Blame Stray: Read on and you’ll likely come to the conclusion you should blame Stray.

Blame it on the moleskin:
- Flattered that Stromboli saw me on the Q and wanted to come. Looking for a good workout without too much running. I had a good report with Big Mean on Friday so I upped the running amount just a bit. I’m assuming you didn’t mind because you were flying up that ramp. See you at Wilderness where we won’t get out of the parking lot.
- Even though today was chalk full of Repeato, pax was still only batting .300 on guessing the next exercise. Either that or they just wanted merkins all the time.
- 9 Lives is starting a campaign to rename Imperial Storm Trooper to Vertical Freddy Mercury. And you know what, I think there is a grass roots market for that just waiting to jump on board.
- Many thanks Gnarly Goat for entrusting me to lead this morning. Enjoy the slopes.
- What I learned today: I like throwing Dora in to a workout because it allows pax to press hard on their portions (you vs you) and always gets some unspoken competition going amongst a couple pairs. Today I wasn’t breathing too well so I threw in Dora mainly so I didn’t have to call cadence the whole time. T-claps to Soprano for partnering up with me and doing the lion’s share of the Dora. I would do an exercise and he’d run. I’d give him a number. When I came back he would have done 2-3 times as many as me. But he also would tell me good job. So be like Soprano. When needed, do 125% so that someone else can do 75% and still feel like they were whole.
