- The workout started at 0530 and ended at 0608. Wait – what happened to start on time, end on time? Well there are things more important than an extra 7 minutes of work. Gladiator converged to Fartlek’s COT to support Crab Legs as he and his family brace themselves to say goodbye to his wife, and mother to their children. The workout doesn’t matter. The support and fellowship of the men around us are what matters. We get up and go out in the dark and cold for exactly this reason. No one in this group is alone and should ever feel alone. We are all here for each other and I got to witness 20 men be here for Crab Legs. Never forget that the whole point of F3 is to be there for your brothers and that your brothers will be there for you.
I genuinely look forward to the next time I get to see and lead any of the pax. Keep Crabby in your thoughts and prayers and let’s be here to lift him up in his time of need.
