I couldn’t find Cannoli or Upstate in the site so adding them here.
It was cold, so we covered all of the AO. We noticed that I’m a day late on my Backblast and the new management company is a day late on cutting the weeds down by the pond. I hope they’re not a dollar short.
In the workout, we warmed up, did wall work in front of Pure Barre, did rock work, mobility, and leg work. 10 men covered 1.9 miles and did good work at all stops.
