Ponch, BB and YHC for 4:30am standard. Ponch has to go to work but gets credit for getting up so early.
Crowd rolls in and we start at the corner for quick warmup. Start to mosey toward Panda and rock pile. At crosswalks, we plank walk across making sure to stay clear of YHC. A little painting of the parking lines is in order then we do various rock exercises. After which we run over to Marshalls and do various exercises while in people’s chair. Do some Rocky Balboas and praying mantis. Back to rocks for some more work then back to launch for Mary.
Coffee time was good as we discussed how we have prepared to take care of M’s if something was to happen. Thank you for that Jedi, it was really needed. Thanks gentlemen for your encouragement and willingness to get up so early.
