Got a ring from AM-PM at 5 seeing if I would Q while he attended to a sick kiddo, like the great dad he is. Luckily he was prepared and outlined the entire workout for us. His plan was:
4 corners warmup:
Corners included merkins, LBCs, burpees, pullups. Did this 2 times.
Start the Presidential Fitness Test.
– Run 1 mile
– Hand release merkins AMRAP for 1 minute
– Partner Sit-ups AMRAP for 1 minute
– Pull-ups
Grab 2 blocks each for farmer carry ladder
– Famer Cary 3 spaces, do 5 squats, farmer carry back, 2 perfect pushups
– Add 3 spaces every time and add 2 pushups
– Did this 4 times
End with 7 minutes of Mary
What we learned is that none of us are close to the 85 percentile for 17 year old. Thanks AM-PM for the very detailed workout and hope your kid is feeling better soon.
