YHC rolled in at 0528 to 5 pax just standing around waiting for the Q. Then at 0530, Hat Trick arrives just in time as we moseyed to the greenway entrance.

Start at the bottom with burpees, commence the next exercise when you hit the top, then back to the bottom. Rinse and repeat. All got at least 3 rounds. Some pax did some extra credit. It was great/terrible.

- Great work by all in attendance. This was not easy at all. Jersey Boy summed it up nicely though – many of us would never have been able to complete even a portion of the workout today if not for F3. We should all give ourselves a lot of credit for getting out in the gloom. The majority of men in this country would not be able to keep up, but everyone today put in the work and crushed it.
