I had some extra time so thought I’d throw a BB together for Candy Shop on Friday.
BEP and TBone went off for a 45 min ruck and most of us ran about 4.5…a few guys circled the Lowe’s to hit 5 (over achievers)
Great morning for a run and I’m not exactly sure where we went but through cedarfield to the greenway and back up to Lowe’s food I think.
