Grab a block and zamperini down to the other end of the parking lot.
At the first row sets of 15 for Curls, Skull Crusher and Overhead Press.
Run hard for as long as you can to the other end then jog the rest. Abwork and mosey back.
Grab the block and head to the next row.

Partner up to head back to the block pile serpentine style. P1 carries / P2 10 merkins, 10 LBCs, chase down P1 and flip flop all the way back.
Mosey to the wall.
Sit on the wall for Air Press, Touch them heels, and Land the plane. Flip around for praying mantis and calf raises. Get some curb for Rocky Balboas, over to the bench for Dips.
Mosey back to launch.
