Even though YHC had “trouble” with “the Twitter”…or “X” pre-blasts (but did successfully EH himself and even had an HC from said self), 3 Pax were present @The Mighty Oak. We didn’t melt in the rain, but we did play music trivia with One “HIIT”Wonders. Here’s what went down:

Circuit 2-Tabata Core:
Do 60 seconds of AMRAP with a 10 second transition in between. A one-hit wonder random playlist was started. For each song the Pax identified the correct band, we went on to the next song. For each band guessed incorrectly, a penalty would be issued before recover, recover:

Way to push through today gents! Each minute of Tabata seemed to last waaaay too long. Only 7 incorrect band name guesses were made, which was quite impressive between only two Pax guessing. Learning: Take Estwing and Roadie with you to Music Trivia night.
