Curls 15 IC slow, Overhead press 15IC, Bro 15IC, Upright row 10IC then ran a lap
Chest press 20IC, lawn mower 10IC each arm, skull crusher 15IC, block swings 10 OYO then ran a lap
Repeato all blocks exercises and laps…blocks back.
head around the school at picnic tables Dips 15IC flip over Incline Merkins 10IC
head to the front entrance area.
Step ups 10 IC, peoples chair for air presses, park the plane.
Back to launch 20 WWII and Suzanne Sommers 15IC each leg.
