Push Pull Pyramid

Ichabod, Mr Holland + YHC did a 2.5 mi standard including Cobblestone hill repeats. Swiftie did some sort of standard as well.

The pyramid:

10x wide merkins (push)
10x curls (pull)
10x OH press (push)
10x lawnmower (each arm) (pull)
10x KB squat (rest arms)
10x diamond merkins (push)
run .1 mile to pull up bars
10X pull ups (pull)
run .1 mile back to bells

Then repeat with 9x of each. then 8x…down to 1x.
We did 5 more of each to get to 60 reps, some rifle carry, KB swings, WW2s and burpees before ending.

  • Mr Holland topped the podium, completing the pyramid in a smoking 30 minutes. The rest weren’t far behind.
  • Ichabod and Swiftie continued their absolute tear. With the standard, Ich did 5 miles plus all the reps – he’s still less only like 6 months in. Beast mode!
  • AMPM wanted 50 WW2s to stat pad his May Challenge. Overruled by Q to be 20, but I think he did 50 anyway
  • Shadow has been quietly crushing some difficult workouts  – killing it!

We should do a leg day pyramid next time!
