- 10 Merkins, 20 MCs, 10 CDSS, 20 Squats, Sprint batch to start
- 10 Merkins, 20 MCs, 10 CDSS, 20 Squats, 50 LBCs, Mosey to Rock Pile
PAX, upon arriving to the best rock pile in the region, selected their favorite non-traveling rock while dodging F3 ruckers and rocked the following:
- 10 curls, 10 overhead presses, 10 skull crushers (all IC)
- Arm circles
- 10 chest presses with low flutter (IC)
- 10 WW2 situps (sans rock)
- Repeato

- Airborne mind bender – I wish Callahan were here……. (sans rock)
Mosey up the hill into the beautiful sunrise, working down the ladder, and eventually arriving to the wall for some people’s chair and to take in more of The General’s beautiful scenery.
Mary – Pigeon stretches with scorpion dry docks (5 each side IC) accompanied by Jazz’s commentary on the inner workings of his body. Oh yeah!!!!
