A two pack of PAX showed up to sharpen iron.

 

Warmup:

Long lap counter-clockwise around the parking lot and down to the block pile.

The Thang:

Two blocks per man carried to the down under bars.

Multiple rounds of pull ups x 10 in cadence, block curls x 10 in cadence, block skull crushers x 10 in cadence, block chest press x 10 in cadence. 

Exercises broken with double block farmer carries around the down under bars and a double block carry to the blocking sled, x 10 block squats, double block carry back to the down under bars. 

More rounds of pull ups x 10 in cadence, block curls x 10 in cadence, block skull crushers x 10 in cadence, block chest press x 10 in cadence with double block farmer carries around the down under bars every couple sets.

Run to the top of the parking lot & 5 burpees, mosey back to the down under bars.

More rounds of pull ups x 10 in cadence, block curls x 10 in cadence, block skull crushers x 10 in cadence, block chest press x 10 in cadence with double block farmer carries around the down under bars every couple sets.

Double block carry back to the block pile, mosey to the launch pad for 4 minutes of Mary including a Travolta inspired set of 10 bottom thrust and escape wrestling moves on each side which felt extra special on the asphalt.

Mumble:

This workout was so easy both men over 50 years old completed all with 15lb plate carriers installed, and only minimal complaining.   Travolta and Iron Horse are competing in this competition Saturday so there was no option to slack off:
