A quick round of goose-steps for a warm-up and then we went boogyin’ halfway around Harris Teeter. We stopped for a very difficult exercise and then boogied halfway around again to do another set. When we were done, we had 1.5 miles and about 500 reps under our belt.
Those in attendance will feel the pain tomorrow. I will comfort myself by attending Feast Friday at Jason’s Deli. What will the other boys do? Probably complain.
