Calf stretches each leg

SSH X 10

Long Snappers X 10

Toy Soldiers X 10

Mosey to the base of the hill, acquiring 6 rocks on the way

THE Horseshoe exercises, 100 total reps of each of the following exercises in an ascending and then descending ladder:

CDD

Air squats

LBCs

Pretzel crunches (10 each side)

‘Mericans

Mosey to the fire station

Low Flutter X 20

Suzanne Sommers X 10 each side

Touch ‘Dem Heels X 20

One legged Glute Bridges X 10 each side

  1. Awesome to have Axle back out and working out with us as well as at coffeeteria! We’ve missed you!
  2. For those of you who do not know, Axle has an ankle fusion after suffering for years with severe arthritis. The fact he works out at all is testimony to his continued dedication to fitness and/or stubbornness. Semper Fi!
