Rt 66 around lot. Rest stops for: burpees, merkins, dips, step ups, CH Squats, lunge walk, Down Under pull ups x 3 sets. Back to Launch pad for KBs.
Ribbons high, middle and low. URLs, presses, SC, upright rows, goblet squats, swings. After one set had one pax do stair circuits x 10 while 2nd pax repeated KB sequence then switch roles. Did this for two sets. Finale: plank position do KB drag x 4 with +1 merkin till reach 5.
