5 PAX for a D-Day inspired workout. After researching some ideas on how Navy SEALS train, the following workout resulted.
The Thang
- 400 Choice Warm up
- 2 x
- 100 Free
- 100 Side Stroke
- 100 Breaststroke
- 100 Backstroke
- Tread water until the last PAX finishes the round
- 200 swim getting out at each end
- Deep end, 25 Merkins
- Shallow end, 25 Squats
- Cool Down
Brutal. Told my son about it and he said well I guess you at least didn’t have to tread water that long!
