4 Pax hit the track for some speed work this morning. YHC had planned for some speed work on the track but was debating a last minute audible to just get some easy miles. Decided to stick with the plan so here is what we did:
Warm up mile then gather for instructions.
800 at tempo, 800 recovery
400 at tempo, 400 recovery x2
200 at tempo, 200 recovery x4
Recovery lap and then head to the parking lot for some stretching. Recover, recover
Happy we stuck with the plan. Speed work is important and we all got stronger this morning. Got roughly 4.5 miles and enjoyed some great company. Enjoyed getting to talk about the NC States unbelievable sports year and the upcoming College World Series with 9 Lives and Tuffy. Also great to catch up with Vandelay and get some pointers on how to navigate Disney. Until next time.
