KB delight, the Q with his puny 25lbs while IH grunted along with his 30 and 50 pounders plus weighted vest.
IC x 10: ribbons (high, middle,low), curls, presses, SC, rows, deadlift, sumo squats. On 6 for WWII sit-ups, press to OH extend. Plank for pull throughs. IH was bored so we did a Ladder with trifectas at bottom and dips at top of lot for 10 rungs. Used all our time +5 probably because the Q kept getting off count.
