I’ve run the past few days straight, so I wanted to keep the miles down a bit but still keep progressing. And its stupid hot out there so thought the pool option would be a good one….it was.
First, mosey around hopewell lot to see if Jorel would join late

off towards latta springs we ran
5 burpees OYO (uncharacteristic of me)
Long, slow squat (without Turnpike) X 10
run to small hill
up at challenging pace, down slow X 3
WW2 X 15
mosey to latta pool
lap then 10 mericans / 10 squats – repeato!
lap attempting no breath – burpee penalty for breathing (don’t think any of us made it after set before)
lazy lap back
2 laps straight
run back to home base

It was a good workout and although the water wasn’t refreshing (as Calypso noted) it was better than the humid air. No fences were injured by overweight men during this workout!
