Mosey to first corner of lot for 6 x burpees. Bear Crawl to the 🪨 pile and pick your poison.
6 x IC curls, presses, SC, CHS. Mosey to top of lot for split rail dips, karoke to stop sign for HR merkins followed by stops for decline burpees, CHS, dips, lunge walk, more merkins, step ups. Continue to down unders for three sets of PUs. Mosey back to the rocks and rotate positions. Trifectas, dead lifts, sumo squats. On six for SU, OH, Wallmarts and others I can’t recall. Return stones to original spots.
