It was a beautiful morning with POS and The Force for this round of Samson Suicides. There was plenty of talking about boats, biking, ants, kids, pets, parents, etc. While it would have been nice to have more Pax attend, I really appreciate the opportunities for smaller groups to get to talk with others more directly and get to know them better.
We did the usual warmorama and then picked up some blocks. We did Samson Suicides in reverse order because it seems to get easier that way:
- Burpees: 5-4-3-2-1 with 20 curls at the start
- Lunges (per leg): 10-8-6-4-2 with 10 skull crushers at the start
- Merkins: 15-12-9-6-3 with 10 lawn mowers per arm at the start
- Squats: 20-16-12-8-4 with 10 shoulder presses at the start
We finished with some jack-knife LBCs.
