Bagboy, Kosar and myself met at MacBeth’s doc for for a 1500 yd swim, bagboy went a little farther
Then Kosar and TF got on bikes for 20 miles around the peninsula tour. While we were out we saw Caesar and Callahan out for a run/walk.
Kosar and TF finished with 3 mile run with about .5 of that being walking.
Thank goodness the sun wasn’t taking what few fluids remained in us. The heat makes training brutal, but so glad we have others to share in the pain.
