Ten Pax gathered on this humid morning to knock out Gassers on the soccer field. Here’s what we did:

We grabbed blocks and walked over to the soccer field for Gassers. We took turns doing block exercises (10 reps) all the way down our line of Pax with running to the midline and back (x2), although I had to amend my plan several times. The changes include shortening the run to 1 time, and stacking the block exercises to save time for Mary. If we were doing the traditional Gassers, it would have looked like this:

After returning blocks, we did Mary for a few minutes. After some mumblechatter, I caved and “Recover Recovered” a couple minutes early to hit Starbucks. We were also glad to hear that Tantrums’s mom is recovering well after her surgery.
