Stick to the plan


Stray and YHC are in week 4 of our marathon training plan and it called for a 3 mile tempo run, so that is what we went with.

At 5:30 we head to the track for a few warmup laps then instruction on the route. Half the pax joined and half stayed on the track to do their own plan. Those that ran the Jim Kidd route got 4 miles in. 

Great turnout for Ludicrous 2 weeks in a row. Good works to all getting after it this morning no matter what their individual plan called for. Ludicrous Speed is a great AO because it is great for runners of all paces and even those recovering from injury. Thanks to Stray for the keys and letting me lead this morning. Prayers for Smores and Gump and their families.
