Expedited moseying to the down under bars where we do 10 assisted pull ups PLUS however many real pull ups you did not do at the PU bars.
Expedited moseying to the blocks for 20 curls, 20 front side shoulder press, and 20 skull crushers. Plank here for the 6.
Expedited moseying up the gravel road to the top of the parking lot for 20 push ups.
Expedited moseying to the tennis court corner for 20 squats. Squat plank here for the 6.
Finish the remainder of the parking lot lap and across the launch pad and back to the PU bars for as many rounds of this that fit in 45-50 minutes.
