Just 20 seconds

We gathered this morning no one had the Q so I took it up as long as everyone gave me 20 seconds. 
no warm up straight to work out and warm up as we go. We need 9 20 second exercise each for 9 rounds with 50 second rest between rounds. Total work out  about 40 minutes. 
 We Did the following:

curls, squats, shoulder-press

up right roll, burpees, head knocker

curl, squats, shoulder-press

 

praying for Ricky going to Japan for training, Ben, and George.
