6 men @ Cobalt for an Independence Day workout. Pax had option for a murph or not. Pax chose no murph. Bootcamp workout with just shy of 3 miles running and a bunch of the usual suspect exercises. Shovel flag was brought by Natty Lite and we even took a picture of the group.
