5 Pax enjoyed a steamy workout at Arnies that went something like this.

WARM UP

Mosey to blocks and grab one. 

Take a block to the intersection near the bridge.

Run to a Cul de sac, do 10 burpees then run back to the center.

BLOCK WORK

Run to a stop sign, do 10 burpees then run back to the center.

BLOCK WORK

Run to the end of the bridge, do dips and planks, then run back to the center.

BLOCK WORK

Run to the top of the hill for squats and then run back to the center.

Grab your blocks and do walking block work as we return the blocks.
