FNG-1 is Dutch Boy who brought FNG-2 a neighbor named Bill.  Bill works for MicroSoft, college in upstate NY, has been in NC 17 years, likes Mtn Biking.

Warm Up

IC: SSH, TS, WM, CP, Sun Sulute, U/D dog, calf raises, Stairway to Eleven.

Main Event

Rt 66: circuit of lot with rest stops for; burpees, squats, dips, merkins, step ups, lunge walk, down unders, bear crawl, karaoke, Quadraphilla.  To the rock pile sans Iron Horse who left in a hurry to answer a ‘call’!  Pax picked stone of choice, rotated clockwise after each rep.  We did curls, chest presses, skull crushers, squats, dead lift, rows.  After one rotation added run to first chute with mosey back between exercises.  Each pax picked an exercise.  Iron Horse rejoined us and rushed to catch up.   After this rotation returned rocks and moseyed back to launch pad.
