Doubles’ Q In Spirit


Doubles was down with illness today so the 9 Pax stepped up to hold down the fort for him while he recovers.

Each Pax did a 5 minute segment, in Double’s spirit and likeness, for what was probably tougher than whatever workout he would have come up with on his own. From memory:

PitStop – Warm up + jogging + merkins

Camelback – Stretching

Something – 5 minute deck run

Left Turn – Squad & LBC Dora

Freedom – Leg exercises of some kind

Carpetbagger – Bear crawls and Lunges

Burning Bush – merkins and dips

Yogi – Merkins and WWII

SpitFire – sprints and merkins and squats

 

It was one of the tougher NR workouts we’ve had in a while. Thank you to everyone for stepping up to co-Q and we all wish Doubles a quick recovery and that he’ll be back soon!
