Early morning checking of Oneself.


The Berean PAX had the pleasure of being joined by Grumpy this morning before his first day of HS. What a way to start the day, I’m sure he will be asleep in class by 10:00am.  Not sure this veteran crew is a good influence on young Grumpy but he seems to like the mumble and Possum’s middle school humor. 
Warm-Up: 
Quick mosey with all directions accounted for, circle up for; SSH, IST, POW squats, Long Snapper, Groin Stretch, Mountain Climbers, Parker Peter, Lateral Butt Kicks, POGO. 

Mosey to first exercise stop: Planter box                    FW step ups/Narrow base incline mericans, Squat to bench/Diamond incline mericans, Bulgarian squat/Wide base incline mericans, Single leg step downs.

Mosey to second exercise stop: Parking garage This is where YHC stated we would knock out our 100 mericans for the day.

Mosey to third stop; Rock pile,                 during mosey many PAX, names will be withheld,  mentioned we had now done 160 mericans with incline included. YHC does count incline in his daily 100.

Biceps/Shoulders/Low Back/Planks/Mobility A few burpees were thrown in for good measure and to quiet the noise. Determined by Strom that BB has an unfair advantage with low hovers??

Mosey back to launch for count, announcements and COT. Joined by CW who has just finished a solo run for his marathon prep.
