We kicked things off with some ‘Green Sally’, followed by:
- 200 Jump Ropes
- 100 SSH
- 100 IST
- 100 Hillbillies
- 100 High Knees
Next, we did some block work with pull-ups thrown in for good measure, then moseyed to the wall for dips, B2W, and Peoples Chair.
Mary:
- Slow LBC x15
- Touch them Heals x15IC
- The Force took us out with his weird new core exercise (I can’t remember the name, but you have to STK)
Good Q, even if no one enjoyed it. Got the heart rate up and definitely worked on strength.
