After some light encouragement from Ichabod, YHC decided to grab the Q at the last minute for FKT. We ran a mile and change to the bottom of Brentfield stopping 4 times to complete 25 merkins for 100 total. Then we did a Brentfield Burpee Bonanza. Run up and back stopping at each cul-de-sac and increasing burpees. Ultimately, we couldn’t finish so we had to cut it short and run back to launch. 5ish miles, 100 merkins, some amount of dozens of burpees. Everyone complained. Everyone needed it.
