8 plus 1 FNG welcomed 1 transplanted Highlands PAX member for a little taste of an old Speed workout.
It went something like this:
- Moving warmup with 5 stops
- Main Event with speed drills, various exercises, blocks, and a few cool down laps in between
- Moving Mary with less than 5 stops
- COT with a solid TENer count and a prayer (for Tom)
A few additional notes:
- Check out the 9/11 workout
- And the Adventure Race
- It took 3 rounds for the PAX to figure out the pattern of the Main Event (about 3 more than the Highlands PAX)
- Each region is unique and uses different methods and terms
- Mighty Oak is a great AO and this Q should attend more often
