7 got going with the usual kettle bell but added in a block….

 

SSHx 20

ISTx 10

Plank Jack x10

Frankenstein x 10

Long snapper x 10

 

Stair well step curls

one curl then each step increase curls

Stair well step overhead press

one press then each step increase press – I think 11..

 

Grab a block, and carry up to the top floor with kettle bell also

Run back down to basement and back up

Over to the wire for an isolated curl x 10

 

Find a parking space in front of a column

Curls x2 

Overhead press x 2

Body Holds 2

Gaser 1

Added merkins on 3rd set 

Reps went 2, 4, 6, 8, 10

and up to 5 gassers
