Mosey toward the big retaining wall, stopped along the way for merkin timebomb 5-4-3-2-1
At wall, peoples chair, switched to 1 leg, other leg (repeato)

Power T hand release merkin was an exercise I learned when I visited F3 Knoxville so I had to bring it with Tennessee vs NC State game saturday
10 burpee penalty was for the mubble chatter about my directions as we ran into the construction road block
We did rotate rocks during various rock exercises and there were complaints about some rocks being too small, lets step it up boys and grab a rock that give you a work out!
The 8 count burner was for Tennessee VOLS QB Nico!!!
