Main Event
RT 77. Circuit around PL with 11 or so rest stops with x 7 reps of: burpees,CH squats, hand release merkins, dips, karokee, lunge walk, bear crawl, step ups and 3 sets of pull ups on downunder bars. Wall sits then mosey back to first chute. Ladder with fast mosey up chute to end of 3rd median for 10 merkins and Mosey to bottom for 1 squat. + or – 1 at each stop for 10 circuits. Not a lot of mumble talk during this phase!
