80-90% sprint on the straight away. Walk the curve. Repeato x10

90-100% sprint half the straight away. Slow jog the curve. Repeato x5

3.5 lap cool down 

Calypso won 2 sprints. The Force won 2-3, but cheated. Tuffy and Beave led the remainder of the morning.
